CosMediAesthetics has been providing business consulting services since 2020 and has collaborated with the following industry leaders;

  • Screening and Eligibility Criteria
    All new patients are require to have a telehealth or telephone consult prior to booking an appointment to discuss their current physical and mental health status, recent life changes and expectation of a physical consultation and/or procedure suitability. Screening will include; Past medical and surgical history Current medications, supplements and natural therapies Allergies Social and lifestyle factors Eligibility Criteria will include; Age Intellectual/mental capacity and ability to consent Financial capacity and ability to pay Capacity to comply with pre and post care All treatments will have their own pre-screening criteria to meet health and safety standards for that procedure and protect the patient from harm under state and national legislation. Not all patients will be eligible for their preferred procedure and other procedures can be offered if eligibility criteriais met.
  • Bookings and Fees
    Patients who are eligible for procedures will be advised of appointment availability, time allocated and any preparation required. Booking fees apply to all new patients and may apply to some other procedures to secure the appointment and purchase required products and equipment. Booking fees are nonrefundable to cover running costs and loss of income as this appointment could have been allocated to another patient.
  • Appointments
    All new patients should arrive 10 minutes early as they will need to complete a new patient registration form and procedure consent forms prior to the procedure being performed (unless online forms are available). New patients will also need to provide photo ID to confirm age and identity prior to any procedures. Patient booking times include additional time to ensure the patient has adequate time to ask questions and provide valid informed consent for their chosen procedure/s. Patients can NOT gift or transfer appointments to other patients.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling
    Cancellations must be made with >72 hours notice to receive a booking fee refund, all cancellations with less than 72 hours notice or nonattendance will result in a loss of booking fee to cover the clinic loss of income. Patients can reschedule once only between 24-72 hours and the appointment must be rescheduled within 2 weeks without losing their booking fees. Patients must inform the clinic of cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to prevent loss of booking fee.
